Is My Income too Low For Health Coverage?

I live in Coeur d Alene Idaho – 83814
Female – Single – 34 years old

My income is around $12,400.00 per year. I cant seem to find a obama care plan that I can afford. Everyone say i do not qualify for any subsidies. Why? I cannot afford 200.00 a month for Healthcare. I can hardly afford to have a car and car insurance. Can you help me find a plan before the deadline that I can afford. I need to see a doctor as soon as possible.
