Can’t Pay My Premium, What Do I Do?

I am in the process of trying to pay a premium which is due tomorrow. The account has been locked and i cannot get in in order to make my premium payment. How do I pay without being penalized if i can’t get in? Is there a number I can call and make a payment over the phone?
