If my employer has been paying 1/2 of my personal health insurance but is now offering a group policy can the employer continue to pay 1/2 of my personal insurance?


Typically under the ACA an employer must offer a group health plan instead of reimbursing individual coverage. There are some rather complicated rules that govern this, but in short your employer is doing the right thing by offering a group health plan and shouldn't be reimbursing you for your coverage.
