Unaffordable Health Plan at My Job, What Options Do I Have?

Answer
If you have an employer sponsored plan that costs more than 9.56% of your household income for employee-only coverage, you can opt-out of employer coverage and use the Marketplace. In order to use the Marketplace you'll need to have your employer fill out an employer coverage tool. Since your children have CHIP, you may also have Medicaid options.
