Is Tricare Subject to the Elimination of Cost Sharing for Preventive Services?

Is Tricare subject to the elimination of cost sharing for preventive services?

I know that this provision apply to non-grandfathered private insurance since Sep 2010, and to Medicare since Jan 2011. How about Tricare? Does it apply to it and since when?
