Hours Cut From One Job, Though I Have Insurance at Another, What do I Do?

I have health insurance with one job and the other job cut my hours because they don’t want to provide health insurance. I told them I already had health insurance so they don’t need to provide it. But they cut my hours due to this. Do you have to have 2 policies for 2 jobs? Or can I show them proof of coverage so they can continue to give me more hours.
