As Trump Administration Affirms Support for Anti-ObamaCare Case, Wisconsin Removes itself From the Lawsuit

The Trump administration recently affirmed their support for the case that declares the ACA illegal, and as such it is likely to make its way to the Supreme Court eventually. However, on the opposite side of things, Wisconsin has fully removed itself from the lawsuit.

Initially 20 states led by Republican AGs brought a court case agains the ACA which tried to show that the mandate was illegal. Not only did they win, but the Judge went a step further declaring the whole ACA illegal. The case is now in appeals and it is likely that the losing side will then bring it to the Supreme Court.

However, while things escalate, Wisconsin has gone a different direction removing themselves from the case entirely.
