How Can I Enroll After Feb 15th, US Citizen Moving to the States?

I currently live in Austria, Europe and will move to Seattle, WA end of March, hence I cannot enroll in a plan on time. I am a US Citizen but never lived in the States, so I am new to the system and just hope I can get insurance anytime?
