I paid for Obamacare for part of 2015 and also paid for dental insurance that was supposed to cover a teeth cleaning. Now it is over 1-1/2 years later and this is still unpaid. Now I am getting collection notices. WHEN WILL THE MONEY I PAID FOR DENTAL INSURANCE BE POSTED AND THE BILLS PAID????????????? WHEN??? WHEN??? I CAN’T BELIEVE I NOW HAVE TO PAY PENALTIES FOR NOT HAVING THIS INSURANCE **AND** PAST DUE BILLS THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN PAID WHEN I DID HAVE IT. I AM CALLING YOU NOW AND AFTER BEING ON HOLD FOREVER, GET SHOT OVER TO A SURVEY AND CUT OFF. NOW I AM ATTEMPTING TO CALL YOU YET AGAIN. FOR THIS YEAR’S PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION I WILL NOT BE VOTING **FOR** ANYONE, BUT **AGAINST** OBAMACARE! THAT IS ONE THING YOU CAN COUNT ON!

I was just taken to the hospital by ambulance. After my stay we received a bill for $40,000. Obama care did not cover. ZOBQMA CARE IS A JOKE. I do not know how we will be able to come up with $40,000 bill.

You should be double checking your plans contract. All ACA compliant plans cover emergency services for at least the cost sharing amount up to the out-of-pocket maximum. So that is the first red flag. How could an emergency service to be subject to the essential benefits and rules on cost sharing? This doesn’t make sense? It would help if you explained the situation more for the reader, but for you personally you must appeal this and take another look at the plan to better understand what is happening.
