How Can a Business Owner Obtain Health Insurance?



Small business with 3 owners (partners) LLC, and 2 employees. Both employees have insurance coverage through their spouses. We as owners do not have insurance coverage How or what can we do to obtain insurance.

ITHINK MY INCOME IS LOW, BUT MY WIFE HAS HIGH INCOME, WE ARE REPORTING OURS ANNUAL INCOMES BY SEPATE. I WANT TO KNOW IF CAN I HAVE A LOW COST HEALTH INSURANCE. THANKS

Its always based on household income of those who file together as a household. If you don’t file together then you should be able to get tax credits, but you’ll miss out on many other perks (so it might not be your best bet). Plus there are other considerations, I would get further expert tax advice in this sort of situation. However, you can start with just a call to HealthCare.gov.
