Does Court Ordered Child Coverage, Does CHIP Count?


The judge court ordered me to have private insurance on my child. At work my premium is to high. I went to arkansas blue cross blue shield had a premium wrote out. When the policy was wrote it put her on Arkids. Is it ok if the Obama care act takes over and puts her on arkids or does she need her own policy?

You can’t be on Medicaid and ObamaCare, however in some instances a child can be on CHIP and a parent and other family members can use the Marketplace.
