I am being penalized by the delay of my refund, because I was late receiving my 1095 A form. Can you speed up the process because I am on a fixed income and I need my refund NOW.

I NEED MY REFUND NOW….. I NEED MY REFUND NOW I NEED MY REFUND NOW I NEED MY REFUND NOW………….
My tax guy has calculated my refund, but you are penalizing me, when I am not at fault!

I will have debt, because I am not able to pay my bills.

Answer

All the best information we have about 1095-A's discusses how to get the form filed, at that point it's up to the IRS. We can only imagine they are working hard to get everything flowing smoothly. You can always call them to follow-up or get assistance from TAS (tax payer advocate services).

What a horrendous year for taxpayers. I still have not received the 896.00 dollars that is due. I am a senior on a fixed income, and I hope to have my refund by now. Now I hear on the news that 100,000 taxpayers have been compromised. l

Please help me get the remaining amount that is due. I AM 66 YEARS OLD AND I NEED MY MONEY. This has been a horrible year.

You should use “where is my refund” from the IRS. It’s the simplest way to figure out where your refund is. If you have further issues you can contact the IRS using their help line for individuals and families.
