Is Retiree Coverage Minimum Essential Coverage, Does it Affect Full-time Employment?

I retired as a full time firefighter paramedic after 42 years. I have insurance from the ohio police and fire pension fund. I am a adjunct instructor at stark state college. Am I exempt from the 29 hours per week rule? thank you
