Can I Get ObamaCare Instead of Job Based Coverage or Medicare?

My husbands job covers both of us. They are in process of changing insurance companies and the coverage is expensive with a $9000 deductible and only allows 3 doctor visits per year. Can we still qualify for obamacare?

I will be 65 in June And will be eligible for Medicare. Are there Medicare supplements and part D thru Obama care?
