If you lose health insurance for any other reason than non-payment, for example if you lost coverage because you lost your job, you qualify for special enrollment in ObamaCare’s health insurance marketplace.

Thus, if you know you will lose your coverage, or if you already lost it, make sure to check out HealthCare.Gov and ask about special enrollment in a marketplace plan.

Don’t forget, assistance is based on annual income, so you may qualify for assistance as well!
