Is there a New Law for the RFID chip for people Receiving Government Assistance?
I read your article on the RFID chip. There is an article in National Report called RFID Chip now being issued in Hanna Wyoming as Part of New Obamacare Plan dated over two years ago. The article says, overt the past two weeks a special piece of legislation has been passed making it mandatory for anyone who receives welfare or any other form of government assistance to be implanted with these new identification chips.
What is the number and name of the law? I would like to print it for proof.
Also, I read an article that says Chippie is the mascot for the chip and the mascot visits schools.

(Hanna, WY) – The “Obamacare” RFID chips are currently being given a test run on the proud and patriotic citizens of Hanna, Wyoming.
Over the last two weeks a special piece of legislation has been passed making it mandatory for anyone who receives welfare or any other form of government assistance to be implanted with these new identification chips. Even select government employees and officials have been ordered to receive the sub-dermal device, which is typically implanted in the fatty tissue of the individual’s buttock. Police officers, military, even garbage men will all be required to have the RFID chip by the end of next month or face termination from their jobs.
During the beta testing stage of this amazing technological development, many news outlets have remained silent, apparently waiting to see how the trial pans out before reporting on the subject. National Report, always on the cutting edge, sent me on location to Hanna, Wyoming to speak with some of the townsfolk and gather their opinions and experiences regarding their newly acquired RFID chips.
Tammy Josephine Laurence, a single mother of three who is currently accepting housing assistance got her chip implanted just hours before we had a chance to sit down and speak with her. She had the following to say:
“Well, they said I better do this, or they was gonna cut the welfare. I’m a full-time single mother. I got three young kids that need me at all hours and ain’t no man to help. I didn’t have no choice…”
When asked if the procedure was invasive she informed us that it was “a little like giving blood” and that she felt “tired after getting the implant” which is reportedly is a common but benign side effect.
I also spoke with Hanna, Wyoming’s Mayor Ted Howell, whose full support of the RFID chip made it mandatory for the citizens of his small community. Leading by example he was the first recipient of the RFID chip, having it implanted publicly at a recent town hall meeting. “This is change for a better, safer America” he said while undergoing the ten minute procedure. “With this scientific advancement, the terrorists do not stand a chance… USA will prevail…”
The ordinance has had some opposition, however, as several of the local churches have spoken out against the chips with protests. These fringe apocalyptic churches believe Obama to be the anti-Christ and claim the RFID chip is the Mark Of The Beast written about in their Book Of Revelations. They cite the RFID chip’s supposed serial number of 131618 as corresponding with Revelations 13:16-18. Of course, rural superstitions ultimately have no sway when it comes to the progressive new America and their scripture laden outcries have largely been ignored.
This journalist embraces the change and even got her very own RFID chip before heading back to the National Report’s home offices. The surgery was quick, simple and more or less painless. I can barely tell I’ve been implanted at all. A sacrifice I’ve gladly made for my country’s national security and hope you will too.

Around what time in 2017 are they going to start implementing this chip, I have been waiting and reading about this thing for some time now its going to be one hell of a ride, when they bring this thing out but I will continue to pray and stay vigilant.

If you care about the people I suggest resisting all the cuts to assistance and tax breaks for the wealthiest Americans. There is no chip in the ACA or AHCA, but there is a lot that could hurt democracy in the Trump tax cuts.

RFID chips aren’t fake, they are everywhere. Where they are not is implanted in humans due to the Affordable Care Act. Feel free to attempt to prove this is not the case, but I don’t think you’ll have a very easy time. Could start by pointing us at the study that found 1 in 3 of 3,000 people tested had a chip. What type of chip? Who was the manufacturer? Any details?

I want you to know 1) I research this for a living and there is no CHIP conspiracy. 2) Conspiracies are almost always people reading more into something than there is. Many conspiracies, including this one, are actually rooted in racism and are propaganda by people trying to turn you against things like the Affordable Care Act.
So not only is there not CHIP, the people filing your head with this are the only people actually conspiring here. Most conspiracy theories or propaganda has truth in them. Denying something doesnt make things false. There is way too much info out there from legitimate sources and science, they use them for yrs. now in pets. I had 1 placed in a dog i had many yrs. ago and Congress just passed a law to place these chips in mentally disabled folks. Some info could be propaganda, but if you understand what propaganda is, just an exaggeration of a truth or lie. Commercials on tv are propaganda, exaggeration of what they are selling

Yeah for sure. So to be clear, as we make clear in our longer version of this, the microchips are real and have been around for a while, but ObamaCare didn’t implant tracking devices in people.

So, one day, you’ll line up for a chip. And you’ll be excited. You’ll say “bless my freedom and liberty, i’m so lucky to have this” or “oh I can’t wait to save 10%” or “with this i’m safe from terrorists!”. On that day, with no force needed, you’ll get your chip. (Hypothetical hyperbole of course).
However, that said, the idea ObamaCare was going to do it to you was propaganda. It was the twisting of the wording of an actual provision that monitored heart devices and such. It was a right-wing talking point (an early version of an alt-right alt-fact) and it was meant to prey on those conspiracy thinkers who would turn against Obama.

Don’t believe the lies, but stay concerned about being tracked and chipped. I mean Google “NSA”. There is what is really happening, and then there is the political spin version that is out to fill your head with falsehoods.

And to your points about propaganda. Agree. We have another site we run that has whole sections on propaganda and conspiracy thinking. Like the Affordable Care Act, we study and write about this stuff too.
I’ll be the first one to stand up for the people if needed, but the general chip rumor is just that.
Now, will a future healthcare bill do something shady? Probably. So read through them, but don’t base your thinking on rumors from random sites with .co or .cx or whatever. It is what we today call “fake news”.
All that said, if there was ever a plan to pass a chip law, it was decided against before bills got put on the table (I’ve read the laws on the table, and it isn’t in there, only CHIP is Children’s Health Program and the Medicaid device tracking noted in the link above).
