Lost Coverage, Didn’t Get Coverage Again, Do I Owe the Fee?

I lost my job and medical coverage in February 2014. I applied for a new medical coverage before December 15th and it started on Jan 1st 2015. If I do my taxes for this year, will I be affected by Obama Care and pay the fee?
