The Supreme Court is Set to Hear ObamaCare Challenge November 10th

The Supreme Court will hear the constitutional challenge to the Affordable Care Act (ObamaCare) on November 10th, 2020, just a week after election day.

The lawsuit charges that ObamaCare is illegal and has been playing out in the courts since 2018. If ObamaCare is ruled against the law itself could be effectively repealed and it would leave tens of millions without healthcare options and undo popular provisions like pre-existing conditions protections in the Affordable Care Act.

The final decision is expected by June 2021.
