The Supreme Court Won’t Hear Expedited ObamaCare Appeal

The Supreme Court has refused to hear an expedited appeal of a decision that could spell the end of the ACA pushed for by Democrats.

Democrats wanted a quick decision on the ACA made before the end of the current term in June. This would force the fate of the ACA to be decided before the upcoming election. Politically the advantage would have been that the Republican-led lawsuit would have ramifications that would have to be dealt with before the 2020 election. However, with the Supreme Court refusing to expedite the hearing, it is likely ramifications won’t be known until after the election.
