Health Insurers Take Federal Government to Supreme Court Over Refusing Reimbursements


The ACA is going to end up in the Supreme Court again. This time it is insures bringing a lawsuit against the Federal Government for refusing to reimburse them as required by the ACA.

Specifically, Republicans in Congress refused to fund the risk corridor program that would reimburse insurers for money lost accepting sick patients as mandated by the ACA.
