What if my Employer Plan Doesn’t Cover Medications or Doctors I Use?
What if my employers offered plan doesn’t cover the medications/doctors I use? I want to keep my doctors and would prefer to continue with my personal plan, Can I? My spouse is self employed I am a 30hr/10 month yr employee? How does that work?

You can get whatever coverage you want, but can't get cost assistance if your employer offers a plan. No matter what you choose you'll need to shop during open enrollment.
In situations like this you and your employer have a lot of options to figure something out. As long as you don't get Marketplace cost assistance they could even let you pick your own plan and compensate you. If you work less than 30 hours a week, then your employer doesn't have to offer coverage and you could use the marketplace.
