Am I Covered by my Spouse’s Medicare Insurance?

My husband’s insurance covers me now but he will retire this year in June and I will not have any coverage. He will go on Medicare. Will I still be covered by his insurance? I only work part time as our church secretary and the church does not offer insurance to me. When can I sign up?
