Can Child Stay on VA Plan Until 26?

I am a VA Federal employee with Triple-S as my Medical Insurance Plan. I have a 23 years old daughter studying full time in UNC Chapel Hill in USA pursuing a PHD. She was taken out of my plan and she does not have any private Medical Insurance Plan at this time. Under the Obamacare is she entitled to continue receiving medical care under my Federal medical plan until she is 26 years old?
