What Do I Do for Maternity Insurance When Traveling to the US?

I have the US passport and i am 2 months pregnant. I live abroad, but i need the steps to enroll in the obamacare maternity since i am planning to come and deliver in August.

Please let me know what are the steps i should follow and the fees regarding the obama health care insurance.
