Is there any provision in the heath care act for individuals who prepay fr their final (death) arrangements and cemetery cost which are extremely high. There must be some type of costs sharing, tax cut, or reimbursement for prearrangeing this cost.

There are no universal death benefits to help survivors. Aside from things like the Social Security Lump Sum Death Payment, this type of insurance is private.

With that said, many countries do cover this, as needing end-of-life care and having expenses upon death is common to essentially all citizens.
