Is There Help for Dental and Vision?

I am currently 42 I’m on disability and have medicare however, this does not cover vision or dental. I am on some pretty heavy drugs and some off the side effects are decaying teeth, which I have been dealing with. I also need new glasses my vision is getting worse also. I don’t understand why it’s not possible to get help with these items. After paying my bills every month i don’t have any extra money for these items. I went to Medicaid and they help but only a spend down which was 580.00 if i had that much I’d be able to get new glasses. If there is anything you can do to help me please let me know.
