Am I Covered For Preexisting Conditions on BCBS Idaho?

I am new member in anthem blue cross blue shield, Idaho state.

My understanding is with effective date of coverage, Pre existing condition is not applicable and that I am covered for my pre existing condition like BLOOD PRESSURE AND DIABETICS.
