I have the US passport and i am 2 months pregnant. I live abroad, but i need the steps to enroll in the obamacare maternity since i am planning to come and deliver in August. Please let me know what are the steps i should follow and the fees regarding the obama health care insurance.

If I use all my tax credits to lower my monthly premium costs, then do I still get money from tax returns for that year.

Currently, my employer is covering my health care insurance. As of August, I am staying with my current employer, but going to a part time status. I will no longer have insurance as of early August. I am 28 years old. How do I enroll in August for Obamacare?
