Humana Canceled my Health Insurance Because of a $1.22 Error I Made – Story

I had a security alert and my bank account so it was frozen for 10 days because of this my April payment posted on May 2 and then my May payment was received on May 28, when I made my June payment I made a mistake and shorted my payment $1.22 Humana canceled my Health Insurance on May 30 2016 but I got my letter about the cancellation with no reason except non payment on July 8 2016, I filed a Escalation with the Market place on July 16, 2016.

On July 25, 2016 I received a letter that I could not reinstate my Insurance then I got a check from Humana for the payment for $72.00 this was the payment that was $1.22 short. Humana then back posted my CANCELATION Date to April 30,2016 this is wrong we are on a very tight fixed income and only get are disability once a month so when I got my Insurance I explained to them that I would not be able to make my payment on the 2nd every month they said as long as I DID NOT GO MORE THAN 60 DAYS PAST DUE I WOULD BE OK.

So they back dated my cancelation date to look like I went 60 days past due. Plus I payed 6 payments they canceled me on the 4th month so they should have sent me 2 months premiums I have been done wrong please where can I get help?
